I'm a Postdoctoral Associate at the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) privileged to be working with Prof. Asu Ozdaglar and Prof. Ali Jadbabaie. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 2021, fortunate to be advised by Prof. Ramtin Pedarsani.

Before that, I received my master's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2016 and my bachelor's degree from Sharif University of Technology in 2013 in Electrical Engineering. In 2019, I was a Finalist in the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship.

During the years, I have enjoyed collaborating closely with Prof. Aryan Mokhtari, Prof. Hamed Hassani, Prof. Farzan Farnia, and Prof. Salman Avestimehr.

My current research focuses on optimization for machine learning and deep learning theory.
